Throughout my career, I've worked in project management, account management, business development, and operations across multiple industries, helping businesses improve processes, create workflows, strengthen client relationships, and create structure around complex goals. No matter the role, I've found the same thing to be true: when operations run smoothly, people have the freedom to do their best work.
